JyotishAI is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform that provides Kundli chart generation, personalized horoscopes, and AI-driven astrological guidance. The Service is available through our mobile application and website.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate birth details for astrological services to function correctly
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
4. Payments and Wallet
Certain features require payment through our in-app wallet system. All payments are processed securely. Wallet credits are non-transferable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Astrological readings, horoscopes, and guidance provided by JyotishAI are generated using artificial intelligence and traditional Vedic astrology frameworks. This content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and technology within the Service are the property of JyotishAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Your Kundli data and chat history remain your property.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI models
- Scraping or automated data collection from the Service
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
JyotishAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on astrological content provided through the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
