Delete your account

You can delete your JyotishAI account and its data at any time, in the app or on this page. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Way 1 · Fastest

In the app

Open JyotishAI and go to Profile → Delete Account. You're already signed in there, so it takes a few taps.

What we delete

Any active subscription is cancelled first. Then we permanently delete:

  • Your profile and birth details
  • Your kundli
  • Your chats with Pandit ji
  • Your journal
  • Your reports and their PDFs
  • The photos you uploaded
  • Your wallet and transaction history
  • Your notifications

What we keep

Dodo Payments, our payment provider, keeps its own invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires. Our server security logs (IP address and time of each request) are kept for up to one year, then deleted. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
