No. Pandit ji is an AI astrologer: software that answers from your birth chart, your current dasha and today's planetary transits, following traditional Vedic astrology. It isn't a person, and its answers are guidance, not professional advice.

The calculations are precise: planet positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris, with the Lahiri ayanamsa, whole-sign houses and Vimshottari dasha. For your birthplace. The panchang's sunrise, sunset and Rahu Kaal are calculated for the place of birth in your profile and shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). Rahu Kaal depends on local sunrise and sunset, so if you live far from where you were born, the times where you are can differ.

Some charges are always refunded, such as a duplicate charge. You can ask for a refund of the unused, paid part of a wallet top-up within 7 days of it, and a report that isn't delivered within 72 hours of payment is refunded in full. Every rule is in our Refund Policy.

Birth details and chats are encrypted on our servers, and our team never sees your chat messages. Service providers get only what their job needs: OpenAI, our AI provider, receives your birth details and chart, and what you write to it — never your name, phone number or email — and Dodo Payments handles payments. In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. Without the app, use our account deletion page: we text a code to your number to confirm it's you. Deletion is permanent.
